DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership existing
between Cecil F. Lewis and Charles Cowan, trading
together at Gisborne as Commission Agents and Auctioneers,
is dissolved as from the 18th day of July, 1895. The liabili-
ties of the said firm will be paid by the said C. F. Lewis,
who will continue the business of the said firm, and who is
authorised to receive all moneys due to the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between Austin Walsh, John de Renzy, and
William H. de Renzy, trading as "Austin Walsh and
Company," Tobacco-manufacturers, Auckland, has been
dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 31st March, 1895.
The liabilities of the firm will be paid by Mr. Austin Walsh,
who continues the business, and who is authorised to collect
all debts, and to give receipts for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between Hugh Duncan Buchanan and John
Abraham Hewitt, at Kumeroa, in the County of Waipawa,
as Sheep-farmers, under the style of "Buchanan and
Hewitt," has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to the late firm must be paid to the said Hugh
Duncan Buchanan, who will also pay all debts owing by the
firm.
