THE OURAWERA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), ROUND HILL.

The directors have pleasure in placing before shareholders the first half-yearly report, together with balance-sheet to 30th June, 1895.

As this company was only registered on the 23rd May last the report is necessarily brief.

A hydraulic elevating plant has been ordered, the water-races are being made and repaired, the pipe-line cleared, and every preparation made for laying the pipes when they arrive.

An adequate water-supply has been secured for a term of years, and sluicing operations should begin within three months from this date.

In terms of the rules all the directors retire from office, but are eligible and offer themselves for re-election.

For the directors.
J. FORSYTH,
Chairman.
