NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, made on the petition of Charles Edward Howe and Arthur Wellington Howe, the executors of the will of the deceased, it was ordered that the estate of the deceased should cease to be administered by the said executors, and that the same should be administered by me, James Ashcroft, Official Assignee in Bankruptcy of the Wellington District.
And notice is hereby further given that all persons having any claims against the said estate are required to forward particulars of same to me, verified by declaration, on or before the 5th day of September, 1895. And I further convene a meeting of creditors in the said estate, to be held at my office, Supreme Court Buildings, Wellington, on Friday next, the 12th day of July, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
