OTICE is hereby given that the application of Duncan Robertson, of Maketu, under section 118 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” in respect of Hinekopiri Block (Section 1100, Block IV., Maketu Survey District), which was notified for inquiry at Maketu on the 25th day of July, 1895, will be heard there on the 14th day of August, 1895.

HEREBY give notice that the application of Te Rauparaha Wi Mataia under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” complaining of an alleged error of the Court in not including him as one of the successors to the interest of Te Puehu te Marara in the Tahunaroa No. 3 Block, which application was inquired into by the Court sitting at Maketu on the 11th day of June, 1895, has been dismissed.

HEREAS George Hutchison, of Wellington, barrister, a person claiming to have purchased the share or interest of one of the Native owners in part of Section 566, Patea District, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” in negotiation for the purchase of the share or interest of Ruteru Hakaraiu therein, has notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the New Plymouth District, and has requested that an inquiry into the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by section 118 of the said Act: And whereas the Chief Judge has referred the said claim to a Judge of the Native Land Court for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give notice that such inquiry will be held at the Native Land Court House, Whanganui, on the 27th day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.
