I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Kuaotunu Gold-mining Company as a no-
liability company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1894."

The name of the company is to be the Kuaotunu
Gold-mining Company (No Liability). -
The place of operations (or intended operations) is at
Kuaotunu. -
The registered office of the company will be situated at
118, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland. -
The value of the company's property, including claim
or lease ground and machinery, is one thousand pounds. -
The number of shares in the company is sixty thou-
sand, of two shillings each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is sixty thousand.

202 of "The Companies Act, 1882," a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the registered office of the company, 52, Lambton Quay,
Wellington, on Monday, the 2nd day of September, 1895,
at 8 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid
before them showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the company dis-
posed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given
by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary
resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and
documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof
shall be disposed of.
