Notice of Inquiry under Section 118 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."

WHEREAS Edward Joshua Riddiford, of Lower Hutt,
a person claiming to have purchased from certain
of the Native owners shares or interests in Te Momi, or Hutt,
Section 20, and to have been prior to the date of the passing
of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiation for the
purchase of certain other shares or interests therein, has
notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the Native Land
Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the
Wellington District, and has requested that an inquiry into
the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by sec-
tion 118 of the said Act: And whereas the Chief Judge has
referred the said claim to a Judge of the Native Land Court,
for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give notice that such
inquiry will be held at the Native Land Court House,
Porirua, on the 13th day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.

WHEREAS Hakarai te Whena, of Otaki, a person
claiming to have leased from certain of the Native
owners shares or interests in Paparata Block, and to have
been prior to the date of the passing of "The Native Land
Court Act, 1894," in negotiation for the lease of certain
other shares or interests therein, has notified such claim to
the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, and to the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington District,
and has requested that an inquiry into the circumstances
thereof may be held as provided by section 118 of the said
Act: And whereas the Chief Judge has referred the said
claim to a Judge of the Native Land Court, for inquiry as
aforesaid: I hereby give notice that such inquiry will be
held at the Native Land Court House, Porirua, on the 13th
day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.

person claiming to have purchased and leased from
certain of the Native owners shares or interests in the Horo-
whenua No. 9 Block, and to have been prior to the date of the
passing of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiation
for the purchase or lease of certain other shares or interests
therein, has notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the
Native Land Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands
for the Wellington District, and has requested that an in-
quiry into the circumstances thereof may be held as pro-
vided by section 118 of the said Act: And whereas the
Chief Judge has referred the said claim to a Judge of the
Native Land Court, for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give
notice that such inquiry will be held at the Native Land
Court House, Porirua, on the 13th day of July, 1895, at
10 a.m.

Block, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of
"The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiation for the
lease of certain other shares or interests therein, has
notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the Native Land
Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the
Wellington District, and has requested that an inquiry into
the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by
section 118 of the said Act: And whereas the Chief Judge
has referred the said claim to a Judge of the Native Land
Court, for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give notice that
such inquiry will be held at the Native Land Court House,
Porirua, on the 13th day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.

claiming to have purchased from certain of the
Native owners shares or interests in the Ngarara A Block,
Sections 51, 59, and 63, and in Ngarara C Block, Sections 15
and 20, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of
"The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiation for the
purchase of certain other shares or interests therein, has
notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the Native Land
Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wel-
ington District, and has requested that an inquiry into
the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by sec-
tion 118 of the said Act: And whereas the Chief Judge has
referred the said claim to a Judge of the Native Land Court,
for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give notice that such in-
quiry will be held at the Native Land Court House, Porirua,
on the 13th day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.

tauaki No. 3 Block, Section 1A, and to have been prior to
the date of the passing of "The Native Land Court Act,
1894," in negotiation for the lease of certain other shares or
interests therein, has notified such claim to the Chief Judge
of the Native Land Court, and to the Commissioner of
Crown Lands for the Wellington District, and has requested
that an inquiry into the circumstances thereof may be held
as provided by section 118 of the said Act: And whereas
the Chief Judge has referred the said claim to a Judge of
the Native Land Court, for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby
give notice that such inquiry will be held at the Native
Land Court House, Porirua, on the 13th day of July, 1895,
at 10 a.m.

No. 5 Block, and to have been prior to the date of the passing
of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiation for
the purchase of the share or interest of Kawhena te Moko
therein, has notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the
Native Land Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown
Lands for the Wellington District, and has requested that
an inquiry into the circumstances thereof may be held as
provided by section 118 of the said Act: And whereas the
Chief Judge has referred the said claim to a Judge of the
Native Land Court, for inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give
notice that such inquiry will be held at the Native Land
Court House, Porirua, on the 13th day of July, 1895, at
10 a.m.

and Arthur Edward Ross, of Otaki, persons claiming
to have leased from certain of the Native owners shares or
interests in the Rangatira-Kapiti No. 4 Block, Subdivisions
C, D, E, F, and G, and to have been prior to the date of
the passing of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," in nego-
tiation for the lease of certain other shares or interests there-
in, have notified such claim to the Chief Judge of the Native
Land Court, and to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the
Wellington District, and have requested that an inquiry into
the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by section
118 of the said Act: And whereas the Chief Judge has re-
ferred the said claim to a Judge of the Native Land Court, for
inquiry as aforesaid: I hereby give notice that such inquiry
will be held at the Native Land Court House, Porirua,
on the 13th day of July, 1895, at 10 a.m.
