THAMES COUNTY WATER-RACE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the County of Thames intends to take, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1894," the several pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of the Thames County Water-race, a public work already constructed. The plans and a general description of the said several pieces of land intended to be taken are deposited at the public offices of the Thames County Council, situate in Mary Street, Thames, and are there open for public inspection, and all persons affected are requested to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections they may have to the taking of such lands for such purposes, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the above-named County Council at the said offices.
