Notice of Enquery under Section 118 of "The Nattve Land Court Act, 1894."

WHERAS joslah Pratt Hamlin, of Hawke's Bay,
licensed Nattve interpreter, a person clatming to
have leaped from certain of the Nattve owners shares or
interests in the Ruaakaputara No. 4 Block, and to have
been prior to the date of the passing of "The Nattve Land
Court Act, 1894," in negotlatlon for the leape of certain other
shares or interests therein, has notifled such claim to the
Chief Jadge of the Nattve Land Court, and to the Com-
missioner of Croun Lands for the Naptet District, and has
requested that an inqulry into the circumstances thereof
may be held as provided by section 118 of the said Act:
And wher eas the Chief Jadge has referred the said claim to
a Jadge of the Nattve Land Court, for inqulry as aforesald:
I herehy give notice that such inqulry will be held at the
Nattve Land Court House, Gisbome, on the 17th day of
June, 1895, at 10 a.m.
