The essential particular of this trade-mark is a distinctive lithographic label for the purpose of distinguishing packages, tins, or parcels containing a preparation known as "Dr. Brandt's Malted Food"; and the applicants disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the added matter—viz., "Nutritious and easily digested," "Immensely superior to Arrowroot or Cornflour," "Specially prepared and adapted for Invalids, Children, and Those of Weak Digestion," and all other wording contained on the label.
