Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of
"The Public Trust Office Consolidation Act, 1894."

Public Trust Office,
Wellington, 24th April, 1895.

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out
administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the
office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to ad-
minister the several intestate estates of the persons deceased
whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as known,
are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties
being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

Christian Frederick Böhm, late of Dunedin, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago, bootmaker. Filed on the 19th
day of April, 1895.

Henry Milmore, late of Marton, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Wellington, labourer. Filed on the 19th day of
April, 1895.

Ah Wong, late of Marton, in the Provincial District of
Wellington, market-gardener. Filed on the 17th day of
April, 1895.

William Lee, late of Ingham, in the Colony of Queens-
land, carrier. Filed on the 17th day of April, 1895.

NOTE.—Showery beginning of month; from 4th to 20th
dry but generally unpleasant weather, with strong
N.W. winds; from 21st to end showery, with intervals of
fine weather, winds chiefly moderate southerly. A small
total rainfall; thunder on 23rd. Maximum temperature
in shade 71°, minimum 43°; mean temperature of dew-
point, 50°·2; mean humidity, 70.

Crown Lands Notices.

Reserve at Maketu for Lease.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 11th April, 1895.

IT is hereby notified that the lease for the term specified
of the under-mentioned reserve will be offered at public
auction, at the Land Office, Tauranga, on Wednesday, the
5th day of June proximo, at 11 a.m.

Maketu Survey District (Tauranga County), Block II.,
Section 22A: Area, 26 acres 1 rood 20 perches; upset annual
rent, £5; subject to £350 for flax-mill.

Term of lease, fourteen years, without right of renewal.
No compensation for improvements during either the cur-
rency or at the termination of the lease. Rent payable
half-yearly in advance.

Lease of Pastoral Land, Nelson and Marlborough, for Sale
by Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Nelson, 28th March, 1895.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned land,
known as the Tophouse Run, containing 28,748 acres,
will be offered for lease by public auction for the term of
twenty-one years, at this office, on Wednesday, the 8th May,
1895, at 11 a.m.

Sections 4 and 7, Motupiko and Rintoul Survey District,
24,400 acres.

Sections 3 and 6, Motupiko and Rintoul Survey District,
1,250 acres.

Part of Reserve D, 1,098 acres.

Part of Reserve D, 2,000 acres.

Upset rental, £60 per annum. Weighted with valuation
for improvements, to be specified before the sale.

The above run will be sold generally in accordance with
the provisions of Part VI. of "The Land Act, 1892."

IT is hereby notified that the sections specified in the
Schedule hereunder will be offered for lease by public
auction, at this office, on Thursday, the 25th July, 1895, at
11 a.m.

These sections are nearly all covered with mixed forest;
soil light, but good. They are not well watered, owing to
the porous nature of the soil.

Conditions of Leasing.

  1. Term of lease, twenty-one years from the 1st day of
    September, 1895.

  2. Rent payable half-yearly in advance; the first of such
    half-yearly payments to be made at the close of sale, and all
    future payments to be made to the officer appointed to
    receive the same within sixty days from the days on which
    they become due, and in default thereof the lease to be for-
    feited.
