Land Transfer Act Notices.

A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional certificate of title for Allotment 13 of
Suburban Section 133, Town of Gisborne, comprised in certi-
ficate of title, Register-book, Vol. vi., folio 78, whereof
RICHARD STUART and CHARLES COOK are the regis-
tered proprietors, and evidence having been lodged of the
destruction of the original certificate of title, I hereby give
notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title,
as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
