I, Walter Malcolm Murray, of No. 90, Constitution Street, Leith, the Secretary of the Thames Lead- and Silver-mining Syndicate (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare that this is a true and complete statement of the affairs of the said syndicate on the 31st day of December, 1894, as required by section 4 of the New Zealand "Mining Companies Act Amendment Act, 1890," and made up as therein required in terms of Schedule No. 4 of the New Zealand "Mining Companies Act, 1886"; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and in virtue of the provisions of an Act made and passed in the fifth and sixth years of the reign of his late Majesty William the Fourth, chapter 62, entitled "An Act to repeal an Act of the Present Session of Parliament intituled 'An Act for the more effectual Abolition of Oaths and Affirmations taken and made in various Departments of the State, and to substitute Declarations in lieu thereof, and for the more entire Suppression of Voluntary and Extrajudicial Oaths and Affidavits, and to make other Provisions for the Abolition of Unnecessary Oaths.'"

THE BUSHY POINT BEACH DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of "The Companies Act, 1882," that a General Meeting of the members of the above-mentioned company will be held at Watson's Hotel, High Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 12th day of June, 1895, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.
