THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

"The Native Land Court Act, 1886," and its Amendments, and "The Orakei Succession Further Investigation Act, 1892."
WHEREAS under the provisions of "The Orakei Succession Further Investigation Act, 1892," rehearings have been ordered in respect of the several decisions or orders of the Native Land Court specified in the Schedule hereto, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of the said rehearings, and by virtue of the said Act and of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," and the several Acts amending the same, a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at the Supreme Court Buildings, Auckland, on the 4th day of April, 1895, and that the Court will at such sitting proceed to rehear and determine the several matters ordered to be reheard as aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court will sit at the Supreme Court Building, Auckland, on the 4th day of April, 1895, to hear and determine the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which an application has been received by him, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before him.
