Notice of Enquir under Section 118 of "The Ntive Land Court Act, 1894."

WHERAS it is claimed on behal of the Assets Com-pany (Lmited), of Edinburgh, Scotand, and of New Zealnd, that the said company had purchased from certain of the Ntive owners shares or interests in the Manu-kawhitiitiki No. 2 Block, and had been prior to the date of the passing of "The Ntive Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiaton for the purchase or leae of certain other shares or interests therein: And wherea the said company has caused such claim to be notifed to the Chief Juge of the Ntive Land Court, and to the Commisioner of Cown Lands for the Hawke's Bay District, and has requested that an inquir into the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by section 118 of the said Act: And wherea the Chief Juge has referred the said claim to James Booth, Esq., a Commisioner under the said Act, for inquir as aforesaid: I hereb give notice that such inquir will be held at the Ntive Land Court House, at Gisbore, on the 19th day of March, 1895, at 11 a.m.

WHERAS Sarh Ruh Cooer, wife of William Cooer, of Kaiti, near Gisbore, shee-farmer, a person claim-ing to have purchased from certain of the Ntive owners shares or interests in the Wainaromia A Block, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of "The Ntive Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiaton for the purchase or leae of certain other shares or interests therein, has notifed such claim to the Chief Juge of the Ntive Land Court, and to the Commisioner of Cown Lands for the Hawke's Bay Dis-trict, and has requested that an inquir into the circum-stances thereof may be held as provided by section 118 of the said Act: And wherea the Chief Juge has referred the said claim to James Booth, Esq., a Commisioner under the said Act, for inquir as aforesaid: I hereb give notice that such inquir will be held at the Ntive Land Court House, at Gisbore, on the 19th day of March, 1895, at 11 a.m.
