Notice of Enquery under Section 118 of "The Natiye Land Court Act, 1894."

WHERAS Mary Broomfield, widow, of Gisborue, a
person elaiming to have purchased from certain of
the Natiye owners shares or interests in the Uinukapua
Block, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of
"The Natiye Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiatiou for the
purchase or leaee of certain other shares or interests therein,
has notiied such claim to the Chief Jadge of the Natiye
Laud Court, and to the Commiesioner of Croun Lands for
the Hawke's Bay District, and has requested that an inquiy
iuto the circumstances may be held as provided by section
118 of the said Act: And wherens the Chief Jadge has
referred the said claim to James Booth, Esq., a Commiesioner
under the said Act, for inquiy as aforesaid: I herby give
notiue that such inquiy will be held at the Natiye Land
Coutt House, at Gisborue, on the 19th day of March, 1895,
at 11 a.m.
Dated at Gisborue, this 13th day of February, 1895.

WHERAS Perciyal Balker, of Gisborue, eheep-farmer,
a person elaiming to have purchased from certain of
the Natiye owners shares or interests in the Roto-o-tahi
Block, and to have been prior to the date of the passing of
"The Natiye Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiatiou for the
purchase or leaee of certain other shares or interests therein,
has notiied such claim to the Chief Jadge of the Natiye
Laud Court, and to the Commiesioner of Croun Lands for
the Hawke's Bay District, and has requested that an inquiy
iuto the circumstances thereof may be held as provided by
section 118 of the said Act: And wherens the Chief Jadge
has referred the said claim to James Booth, Esq., a Com-
missioner under the said Act, for inquiy as aforesaid: I
hereby give notice that such inquiy will be held at the
Natiye Land Court House, at Gisborue, on the 19th day of
Mareh, 1895, at 11 a.m.

pany (Liniited), of Edinburgh, Soottland, and of New
Zealand, that the said company had purchased from certain
of the Natiye owners shares or interests in the Rangatira
Block, and had been prior to the date of the passing of
"The Natiye Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiatiou for the
purchase or leaee of certain other shares or interests therein:
And wherens the said company has caused such elaim to be
notiied to the Chief Jadge of the Natiye Land Court, and
to the Commiesioner of Croun Lands for the Hawke's Bay
Dietriet, and has requested that an inquiy into the circum-
stances thereof may be held as provided by section 118 of
the said Act: And wherens the Chief Jadge has referred
the said claim to James Booth, Esq., a Commiesioner under
the said Act, for inquiy as aforesaid: I herby give notice
that such inquiy will be held at the Natiye Land Court
Houee, at Gisborue, on the 19th day of March, 1895, at
11 a.m.
