I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Morning Star Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”
- The name of the company is to be the Morning Star Gold-mining Company (No Liability).
- The place of operations is at Preservation Inlet, Wilson’s river, in the Otago Mining District.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at Esk Street, Invercargill.
- The value of the company’s property, including claim, is estimated at twelve thousand pounds.
