NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit officer thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be holden on Monday, the 18th day of February, 1895, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

A STATUTORY declaration of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. xxx., folio 176, whereof BENJAMIN HALE is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me, and an application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
