applicants of the sum of £500 per annum for the years 1889,
1891, 1892, 1893, 1894, and up to the date of the said Henri
Loisel giving up possession of the said land, or, in the alter-
native, that the said Henri Loisel be ordered and decreed by
this honourable Court to account to the applicants for the
use and occupation by him of the said land during the years
before mentioned.

d. The manner in which the applicants came to be invested
with the title of the said land is under and by virtue of an
agreement bearing date the 17th day of February, 1892,
made between the Bank of New Zealand Estates Company
(Limited) of the first part, William Lee Rees of the second
part, and the applicants of the third part, as trustees.

e. The address of the applicants for service in the Town
of Gisborne is at the office of Messrs. Rees and Day, in the
Gladstone Road.
f. We require a copy of this application to be served upon
Henri Loisel, of Waihau, East Coast, sheep-farmer.
