A PPLICATION having been made to me by GEORGE WILLIAM BENNETT, of Inglewood, Clerk, for the issue to him of a provisional certificate of title for Section 91, Town of Inglewood, contained in certificate of title, Vol. xxiv., folio 278, and a statutory declaration having been lodged with me of the destruction of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificate of title, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged forbidding the same.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between GEORGE FREDERICK PARSONS and ROBERT CLARK, as Builders and Undertakers, carrying on business at Pipitea Street, Wellington, under the style of “Parsons and Clark,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business of the late firm will be carried on in future by the said Robert Clark in his own name.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

T HE Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned HARRY SHERWOOD RUDDOCK and JAMES ATKINSON FRYER, as Ironmongers, under the firm of “Ruddock and Fryer,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried on by the said James Atkinson Fryer, to whom all debts of the late co-partnership must be paid, and who will discharge all liabilities.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the said JOHN GUTHRIE and the undersigned A. L. D. MEARES, as Physicians, Surgeons, and General Practitioners, at Christchurch, is hereby dissolved as from this day by effluxion of time. All accounts owing by the firm will be paid by Dr. Meares, and all debts due to the firm will be collected by him.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned JOHN LOCKE and GEORGE GAMBLE, in the business of Tailors, carried on by us at Marton, in the Provincial District of Wellington, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 8th day of December, 1894, and the said business will henceforth be carried on by the said John Locke alone, who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities and receive all money payable to the said late firm.

N OTICE is hereby given that, the property of the above-named company having now been realised, and the contributions required and obtainable paid, a schedule has been prepared, with the approval of the Court, showing the realised amount of the assets, including the contributions and the liabilities of the company, the amount of moneys available for the claims in the matter of the winding-up, and the proposed plan of distribution thereof; and that the said schedule is now open in my office in Trafalgar Street for inspection by the contributors to and creditors of the company; and that the claims mentioned in the schedule will, after the lapse of twenty-one days from the publication of this notice, be paid at my said office.

T HE following is the result of a poll taken on the 14th December, 1894, on proposal to raise a loan of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) for flood relief works:—

B Y an order made by his Honour Mr. Justice Williams in the above matter, dated the 11th day of December, 1894, on the petition of Robert Hodgshon Postlethwaite and Thomas Stevenson, creditors of the above-named company, it was ordered that the said company, the New Zealand Dairy-farmers’ Co-operative Company (Limited), be wound up by the Supreme Court, under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882.”

N OTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court, or, in the alternative, subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court, was, on the 15th day of December instant, presented to Mr. Justice Conolly, a Judge of the said Court, by Edward Kennedy and Joseph Morland, trading as “Kennedy and Co.,” of the Huia, contractors, creditors of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on Friday, the 21st day of December instant; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order as aforesaid should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose. A copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned, on payment of the regulation charge for the same.
