CONSOLS CERTIFICATE.

The bearer of this certificate will be entitled to payment of
the sum of pounds sterling upon presentation hereof
at the Treasury at Wellington, New Zealand, on the
day of , 19 , together with such interest, com-
puted at the rate of sterling per centum per annum,
as may be found to be unpaid on the before-mentioned date
in accordance with the indorsements of interest-payments
made hereon.
The principal and interest are a charge upon and shall be
paid out of the accruing income of the Consolidated Fund of
the colony.
Interest hereon at the rate of sterling per centum
per annum is payable half-yearly, on the and

office within the colony.
