RIWAKA ROAD BOARD.

THE following special order was made at a meeting of the Riwaka Road Board held on the 15th October, 1894, and confirmed on the 12th November, 1894: "That a special rating district—to be called the Brooklyn Creek Rating District; and consisting of Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 42, on the plan of the original District of Motueka, also the northern portion of Section 1, containing 15 acres, more or less, on the plan of the said district; bounded on the north, east, and south by public roads, and on the west by Section 1B on the plan of the said district—be constituted."
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made in accordance with the provisions of "The Road Boards Act, 1882," sections 75 and 76.

I, WILLIAM LAWRENCE SIMPSON, Manager of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare,—

  1. That the liability of the company is limited.
