NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Hawera, on the 4th day of December, 1894, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

In the matter of "The Ngaere and other Blocks Native Claims Adjustment Act, 1894."

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Hawera on the 4th day of December, 1894, to determine, under the provisions of the above Act, what persons, if any, other than the registered owners have any equitable claims to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and in what proportions such persons, or the successors of any of them who are deceased, are entitled to share in the portion remaining unpaid of the purchase-money for which the said land was sold by the registered owners to the Government.
