Act, 1892," and of all other powers and authorities enabling
me in this behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the block of land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared
open for special settlement.
SCHEDULE.
PAPATOTARA IMPROVED FARM SETTLEMENT.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1,480 acres, more or less, situated in
Blocks I. and III., Alton Survey District. Bounded towards
the north and east by Crown land; towards the south-east
by a public road; and towards the south-west and west by
Crown land.
