N OTICE is hereby given that by an order made by his
Honour Chief Justice Prendergast, of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, in the above
matter, dated the 12th day of October, 1894, on the petition
of Thomas Blackmore Lane, of Palmerston North, Boot-
fitter, a creditor of the above-named company, it was ordered
that the above-named company be wound up by the said
Court, under the provisions of "The Companies Act, 1882";
and it was further ordered that all further proceedings in the
winding-up of the said company be carried on in the District
Court of Wanganui, holden at Palmerston North.
