"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and
the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amend-
ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 7th day of
November, 1894, for investigating the transactions relative
to lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which
time and place all persons having any objections to the said
transactions are hereby notified to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whangarei on the 27th day of Novem-
ber, 1894, to determine, under the provisions of the above Act, what persons, if any, other than the registered owners
have any equitable claims to the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and in what proportions such persons,
or the successors of any of them who are deceased, are entitled to share in the portion remaining unpaid of the purchase-
money for which the said land was sold by the registered owners to the Government.
