Sale of Leases of Public Reserves.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington, 1st October, 1894.
IT is hereby notified, in terms of "The Public Reserves
Act, 1881," that the leases of the under-mentioned
sections will be offered at public auction, at Pahiatua, on
Wednesday, the 5th December, 1894, at 11 a.m.
Plans and form of lease can be seen and particulars obtained at this office.
The terms of the leases will be as stated hereunder.
No allowance whatsoever shall be payable on account of
improvements effected by the lessees.
A deposit of a half-year's rent and £1 1s. lease-fee must be
made on the fall of the hammer.

Rural Lands in the Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction for Cash.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of "The Land Act, 1892," that the under-mentioned sections will be put up to auction, at Pahiatua, on Wednesday, the 5th day of December, 1894, at 11 a.m., at the upset price noted opposite each section.

The character of the land is undulating with portions flat, good soil on a sandstone formation, covered with mixed timber, and well watered. Section 102A is weighted £5 5s. for improvements. |
