This section is situate about one mile south-west of the South Rangitata Railway-station, and comprises light stony land, thinly grassed, not suitable for cropping.

Geraldine .. | 21, 22 | X., XIV. | 2 aeres each | £10 each.

These sections are situate about two miles and a half in a direct line south-west of the Orari Railway-station, and comprise land liable to food from the Waihi River.

Township block. † Subdivion of lot No. 54.

A deposite of one-fifth of the purchase money shall be paid on the fall of the hamer, and the balance, together with the Cown grant fee, within thirthy days thereafter, or the deposite will be forfetied and the sale canelled.
