Run 206p (Class I.) Maniototo County: Area, about 3,940
acres; term, nine years; upaet annual rentul, £32 16s. 8d.;
valusation for imnprovements, £75. This run is situate
beetwean Kyeboin Hundred and the suminit of Kskanui
Range, with outlct by tracks to Kyeboin and Naseby.
Alttude, from 2,000ft. to 5,000ft. Late licensee, Mr. John
Mulloch.

Run 212m (Class II.) part of Dusky Hill Statiou, Tuaepka
Couty: Area, about 2,442 ueres; term, ten years; upset
annual rentul, £20 7s.; valuation for imnprovements, £94 14s.
Situated six miles from Heriot Railway-station; watered by
the Pomahaka River, and accessible by track from Kelsc.
Rather poor country, with fern, and of an altitude varyiug
from 1,000ft. to 2,000ft. Preeent licensee, Mes. J. P. Kiree.

Run 212r, part of Dusky Hill Statiou, Tuaepka County:
Area, about 1,069 ueres; term, ten years; upaet annual
rental, £26 14s. 6d.; valuation for imnprovements, £190.
Adjoins Run 212m on its north-eastern boundury, and re
sembles it in character. Late licensee, Mes. J. P. Kiree.

Run 226m (Class I.) Vincent County: Area, about 9,730
acres; term, eight years; upaet annual rentul, £40 10s.;
valusation for imnprovements, £104 10s. Sittuated ten miles
from St. Batban's, near the head of the Dunaan Creck, by
the tributaries of which it is well watered. This run varies
in altitude from 3,000ft. to 5,000ft., and is accessible by
track from Tarras and St. Batban's. Late licensee, Mr.
A. R. Blackwood.

Runa 236m and 236n (grouped, Class I.) part of Morven
Hills Statiou, Vincent County: Area, about 21,740 ueres
term, nine years; upaet annual rentul, £400. Sittuated
about five miles south-east of Gladstone, and watered by the
Lindis River and numerous atreame. Alttude, from 2,000ft.
to 4,000ft. Preeent licensee, the Hou. E. W. Parke.

Runa 243A and 243B (grouped), part of Ruggad Ridge
Statiou, Waitaki County: Area, about 49,610 ueres; term
fourteen years; upaet annual rentul, £700; valuation for
imnprovements, £835. This country extends southwards from
the Waitaki River, and is comprised within the Otematata
watersbed. It lies within fourteen miles of Kuro. Alttude
from 2,900ft. to 4,900ft. Preeent licensee, Mr. H. Camaron
is to be allowed one month from 1st March, 1894, to remove
bis stock from the above runs, if be does not purchase the
new license.

Runa 262A, 262K, 262L, 262M, and 262N (grouped, Class I.)
part of Galloway Statiou, Tuaepka and Vincent Counties:
Area, about 27,065 ueres; term, five years; upaet annual
rental, £400. Sittuated about four. miles from Alexandria.
This country extends from Manuor Buru to the Knobby
Ranget, and is watered by the Hone and Little Valley
Creeks. Alttude, from 2,000ft. to 3,000ft. Preeent licensees
Messrs. R. Campbeil and Sons (Lirnited)

Run 346, Lake County: Area, about 14,300 ueres; term
fourteen years; upaet annual rentul, £15; valuation for im
nprovements, £36. This run adjoins Glenorohy, at head of
Laka Wakatipu. Alttude, from 1,100ft. to 5,000ft. Late
licensees, Mesars. Valpy and Co.

Runa 346B and 346C (grouped), Parudise Flut Statiou, Lake
Couty: Area, about 1,800 ueres (exclusive of busb); term
aeven years; upaet annual rentul, £30. Sections 34 to 38
Block II., Durt District, are comprised in the above area.
This country is sittuated on the Durt River, about five miles
north of Kinooh. Its highest altitude is 4,500ft. Late
licensee, Mr. G. S. Fulton.

Run 444, Lake County: Area, about 9,800 ueres; term
ten years; upaet annual rentul, £5. Sittuated nine miles
north of Macetown, and watered by a branch of the Mota
tupu River. Highest altitude, 6,800ft. Late licensee, Mr.
Jas. Ferror.

Runa 458 and 468 (grouped), Lake County: Area, about
57,400 ueres; term, tweaty one years; upaet annual rentul
10; valuation for imnprovements, £31. Adjoins Canterbury
Province, at the head of Matukitul Valley. High country
rising from 1,100ft. to 9,000ft., abuudautly watered. Late
licensee, Mr. Hugb McPberaon.

Run 478 (Class I.) Southland and Tuaepka Counties: Area
about 12,300 ueres; term, ten years; upaet annual rentul
40. Sittuated between Pomahaka River and the Wakuta
Bush; well watered. Alttude, from 3,500ft. to 4,500ft.
Preeent licensee, Mr. Archibald Mc Gregor.

Run 1, Tuaepka Depasturing District: Area, about 2,758
acres; term, four years; upaet annual rentul, £30; valua
tioa for imnprovements, £51 3s. 3d. Sittuated at head of Tua
peka River; well watered. Part of Bella my Statiou (137m)
is included in this run.

Cairnbiil District, Sections 8 to 19, Block II. (Class II.)
Vicent County: Area, about 2,069 ueres; term, seven years
upset annual rentul, £25. Sittuated on Clutha River, imme
diately east of Baid Hill Flut, and six miles south of Alex
andru. Preeent licensee, Mr. John Butler.

Cairnbiil District, Section 20, Block II., and Sections 4
to 6, Block III. (Class II.) Vincent County: Area, about
1,205 ueres; term, seven years; upaet annual rentul, £15.
Situated on Clutha River, adjoining and south of the pre
ceding run. Preeent licensees, Mesars. McGettigan and
Sorrenson.

Table Hill District, Section 37, Block VJ., Bmce County:
Area, about 173 ueres; term, fourteen years; upaet annual
rental, £4. Sittuated about six miles from Milbourn Railway
statiou, by formed road. Fronts Tukomairiro River.

Table Hill District, Section 28, Block VIL, Tuaepka
Couty: Area, about 643 ueres; term, ten years; upaet
annual rentul, £18 15s. 1d.; valuation for imnprovements
160. Sittuated in Waitabuna Gnlly, three miles from Wai
tabuna Railway-station; well watered. Run at present
occupied by the administratrix of the late Niel Nuss.

Possession of Runs 19, 206p, 212m, 212r, 226m, 243A, and
243B (grouped); 346, 346B, and 346C (grouped); 444, 458, and
468 (grouped); 1; Section 37, Block VJ., Table Hill District
and Section 28, Block VIL, Table Hill District, will be given
on 1st March, 1894. Poesession of the remaining runs—vix.
199A and 199B (grouped); 236m and 236n (grouped); 262A
262K, 262L, 262M, and 262N (grouped); 478, Sections 8 to 19
Block II., Cairnbiil District; and Section 20, Block II., and
Sections 4 to 6, Block III., Cairnbiil District—will be given
on 1st March, 1895.

Valuations, where specified, must be paid on day of sale
and such payments, with respect to runs expiring in 1895
muet be made to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Duuedin
before the licensee will be let into posaession.

The amount of such valuations shall, exclusive of the value
of a rabbit-proof fonce, in no case exceed three times the
amount of the average annual rentul paid under the exnired
or expiring leaee or license during the term thereof, or five
times such amount in cases where the annual rent does not
exceed £50.

The above runs will be sold generally in aocordance with
the proviaions of Part VJ. of "The Land Act, 1892. "

Purchasers must deposite statntory decluution required by
section 62 of "The Land Act, 1892," and pay the first half
year's rent (together with license-foe, £1 1s.) on fall of the
hamuer.

NOTICE is herehy given that the under-mentioned small
grazing-runs will be open for leaee on application, on
and after Monday, the 26th February, 1894, at the rentul
noted opposite each run. In case of more than one applica
tioo for the same run on the same day, priority of selection
will be decided by ballct on the following day, at 11 a.m.

BLACKSTONE SURVEY DISTRICT.

Subdivisions of Pustoral Run 225 and part of Pustoral
Run 225A, reaumed for aettlement. The country was com
prised within Highfield Statiou, lately oocupied by Mesars.
Rosa and Glendining. It conaists of open, broken land, of
fair quality, interaperaed with rocka, watered; distance from
Naseby from thirteen to eighteen miles. The runs are either
traverased by or are in close proximity to the proposed Otago
Cental Railway. Their average altitude is 2,000ft.

Valuations for imnprovements are payuble immediately
after ballct as follow: Run 225p, £63; Run 225o, £24; Run
225r, £14 8s.; Run 225p, £17 2s. Mr. C. Brown is to be
allowed one month's time from date of sale to remove
eigbteen chaina of fencng erccted by him in uorthern corner
of Run 225p.
