The essential particulars of this trade-mark are the general device, the Egyptian landscape, having in the foreground a sphinx and pedestal, on the left of the same an obelisk, and on the right a palm-tree, in the far distance two pyramids, further to the right shrubbery, a bird, a broken column, and two trees, and the letters 'I.F.P.'; and the applicant disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the added matter except his name and address.
