Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Patent Office,

Wellington, 19th July, 1894.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in the notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. is payable with such notice:—

No. 6393.—31st August, 1893.—CHARLES JOSEPH COOZE, of Carterton, New Zealand, Carriage-trimmer. An invention for improvements in window-sashes and apparatus for hanging the same. (Specification, 6s. 6d.; drawings, 5s.)*

No. 6460.—25th September, 1893.—FREDERICK SEYMOUR POTTER, of Rutland Street, Auckland, New Zealand, Coach-builder. An invention for a concealed slide-seat as applied to vehicles, to be called “The Umpire Slide-seat.” (Specification, 2s. 6d.; drawings, 5s.)*

No. 6945.—5th July, 1894.—ARTHUR TAYLOR, of Papanui, Christchurch, New Zealand, Tea Expert, and ALBERT NOBLE, of 137, Durham Street, Christchurch aforesaid, Instrument-maker. An invention for an improved billiard cue. (Specification, 2s. 6d.; drawings, 3s.)

No. 6946.—5th July, 1894.—GEORGE GATONBY STEAD, Merchant, and DUNCAN BARCLAY McLAREN, Seedsman, both of Christchurch, New Zealand, and JOHN CURTIS, of Addington, New Zealand, Storeman.
