These sections are situated about two miles and a half in a direct line south-west of the Orari Railway-station, and comprise land liable to flood from the Waihi River.

A deposit of one-fifth of the purchase-money shall be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, together with the Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, or the deposit will be forfeited and the sale cancelled.
