In the matter of the Farmers' Alliance and Supply Company of New Zealand (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Invercargill on the 9th of December, 1893, the following special resolution was carried, and, at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, held on the 27th of December, 1893, the following special resolution was confirmed: "That this company go into voluntary liquidation." And at such last-mentioned meeting FREDERICK S. CORY, of Invercargill, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company.
