Greymouth Harbour Board Act, 1884," of section 40 of "The
Harbours Act, 1878," and of all other powers enabling him
in that behalf, to appoint

to be a Member of the Greymouth Harbour Board, in place
of Charles E. Holmes, who has ceased to be a Member
through having been absent without leave of the Board from
four consecutive meetings thereof.
