No. 2.—CLAIM BY AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR.

The plaintiff, as executor [or administrator] of A.B., deceased, claims £ for [or the balance
of] goods sold and delivered by the said A.B. to the defendant, as in the "Particulars" hereto
attached [or hereunder written].

No. 3.—CLAIM AGAINST AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR.

The plaintiff claims from the defendant, as executor or administrator of A.B., deceased, £
