Land Transfer Act Notices.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of provisional certificates of title in the name of JOHN GARROWAY, of Port Chalmers, Carpenter, for Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15, Block I., Town of Purakanui, Register-book, Vol. 45, folios 174, 175, 178; Vol. 50, folio 94; Vol. 51, folio 47; and Vol. 55, folio 50; and evidence having been lodged as to the loss of the original titles, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificates for the said land, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.
