Adoption of “The Rating Act, 1882,” by the Papakura Town Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Papakura Town Board, on or about the 2nd day of May, 1893, duly passed a resolution to the effect that it desires to adopt “The Rating Act, 1882,” and that such resolution is in the words and figures following, namely:—
“ That, as ‘The Rating Act, 1882,’ section 58, and ‘The Rating Act 1882 Amendment Act, 1883,’ section 8, allows Town Boards the liberty of adopting the Government valuation for rating and taxing purposes, this Board will adopt the Government valuation after this date.”
Dated this 31st day of March, 1894.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Woolston Borough Council, on or about the 1st day of November, 1893, duly passed a resolution to the effect that it desires to adopt “The Rating Act, 1882,” and that such resolution is in the words and figures following, namely:—
“ That the Woolston Borough Council adopt the Rating Act of 1882.”
Dated this 31st day of March, 1894.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Linwood Borough Council, on or about the 13th day of November, 1893, duly passed a resolution to the effect that it desires to adopt “The Rating Act, 1882,” and that such resolution is in the words and figures following, namely:—
“ That the Linwood Borough Council desires to adopt ‘The Rating Act, 1882.’ ”
