THE LYELL CREEK EXTENDED QUARTZ-MINING
COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the office of the above-
named company has been removed from Broadway,
Reefton, to Cliff Street, Lyell; and that George Polo
Wright has been appointed Manager of the said company,
vice Patrick Brennan.

Given under the common seal of the said company, at
Lyell, this 17th day of March, 1894.

In the matter of "The Foreign Companies Act, 1884," and
of the Premier Consolidated Gold Company (Limited), a
company duly incorporated in England under the Com-
panies Acts, 1862 to 1886.

NOTICE is hereby given that the office in the Colony
of New Zealand of the Premier Consolidated Gold
Company (Limited) has been changed from No. 12, Aus-
tralian Mutual Provident Society's Buildings, Princes Street,
Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago, to the
company's gold-mining claim at Macetown, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago aforesaid, where legal proceedings
of any kind may be served upon the said company, and to
which notices of any kind may be addressed.
