Terms of Sale.—One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void.

Pastoral Run liable to Forfeiture.

PURSUANT to section 215 of "The Land Act, 1892," notice is hereby given that the run contained in Section 47, Block IX., and Section 10, Block XVI., Maru-wenua District, and occupied by Garibaldi Botting under Pastoral License 927, is liable to forfeiture, and that if the rent overdue thereon be not paid within three months of date hereof the said run will be declared forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the under-mentioned Crown lands will be submitted to public auction at this office on Wednesday, the 28th March, 1894, at noon.

Sections 38, 39, 40, comprising one acre each. Upset annual rental, payable half-yearly in advance, 10s. each section. Term of lease, fourteen years.

Native Land Court Notices.
Sitting of the Native Land Court at Dargaville.—Opanaki Block.
WHEREAS by section 5 of "The Native Trusts and Claims Definition and Registration Act, 1893," it is enacted that any division, partition, or succession order heretofore made by the Court, under voluntary arrangement or otherwise, in respect of the Opanaki Block, at Kaipara, which inter alia the Chief Judge of the Court is satisfied rectifies any defect or omission in the title to the land the subject thereof, or has the effect of carrying out the objects and intentions of "The Native Equitable Owners Act, 1886," or any voluntary arrangement, shall be valid and effectual and entitled to registration; and any former Crown grant or certificate of title for such land may be cancelled or amended in accordance with any such order, and a fresh Crown grant or certificate of title, if necessary, issued in lieu thereof: Provided that no estate or interest lawfully acquired in any such land prior to the making of any such order shall be prejudicially affected by any such registration, cancellation, or amendment.
Notice is hereby given that the Chief Judge will sit at Dargaville on the 26th day of March, 1894, to inquire into the said matter, and to make such order as the nature of the case may require.
