Terms of Sale.—One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, on the 21st day of March, 1894, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

DISTRICT OF GISBORNE, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Gisborne on the 28th day of August, 1883, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land that Wiremu Mahuika and others should be registered as owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :

Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Native Land Court Office at Gisborne from the 12th day of March, 1894, to the 31st day of March, 1894.

All objections are to be lodged with the Registrar of the Native Land Court at Gisborne on or before the 6th day of April, 1894.

In the matter of a decision of the Court, made the 25th day of February, 1893, dismissing the application for probate of the will of EPIHA TAIKA, deceased, and of the application of Anihira Barns for a rehearing, made within three calendar months after the said decision.

WHEREAS upon inquiry in open Court, at Wanganui, before George Boutflower Davy, Esquire, Chief Judge of the said Court, and Tureiti te Heuheu, Assessor, it was ordered on the 12th day of October, 1893, that the said application for probate be reheard :

Now, notice is hereby given that the case will be reheard and determined by the Native Land Court sitting at Wanganui on the 21st day of March, 1894, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.
