hcl d at the company's office, New ZeaJand lnsurance Build-ings, Auckland, on Monday, 5th February, 1894, the sub-joined special resolution was duiy passed, and at a subsequem
extraordiunry general meeting of the said company, also duiy
convened, and held at the same place on Wednesday, 21st
February, 1894, the subjoined resolution was duiy confirmed—
vix., "That the Bay of IsJands Ooal Company (Liiuited) be

wound up voluntarily under the provi sions of 'The Com-panics Act, 1882'"; and at such last meeting HENRY GIL-FILLAN, Jun., of Auckland, was appointcd Liq uidator for the
puro oses of winding up.
