NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between GEORGE GRAY RUSSELL, of Dunedin,
HENRY JOHN LE CREN, of Timaru, GEORGE JAMES DEN-
NISTOUN
, of Peel Forest, and WILLIAM CUNINGHAM SMITH,
of Dunedin, as Sheepfarmers, in connection with the Peel
Forest Estate, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, has
been dissolved as from the 1st day of February, 1894, by the
retirement of the said William Cuningham Smith from the
firm.
The business will in future be carried on by the said
George Gray Russell, Henry John Le Cren, and George
James Dennistoun, in co-partnership, under the style or firm
of "G. J. Dennistoun and Co."

THE Partnership heretofore existing between the under-
signed as Market-gardeners, Lower Hutt, is from the
date hereof dissolved, and the debts of the Partnership will
be discharged by the undersigned JOHN BRASELL, who is
authorised to receive all moneys due to the late firm, and
by whom the business will be carried on.

I, PATRICK WOOD HISLOP, of Geraldine, Bachelor of
Medicine and Master in Surgery, 1889, registered on
Imperial Register, hereby give notice that I have, this 15th
day of February, 1894, deposited my diplomas in evidence of
my qualifications with the Registrar of the Christchurch
District, and that I shall apply to be registered under the
New Zealand Medical Act on the 15th day of March, 1894.

the above Act, notice is hereby given that, on and after
the 19th February, 1894, the office or place of business of the
China Traders' Insurance Company (Limited) in Auckland
will be at the office of Robert Blair, Esq., in Fort Street,
instead of at the office of Arthur W. Nathan, Esq., as for-
merly.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders
should be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are
issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 10 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
