Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
ninth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act
Amendment Act, 1888," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that

HENRY WHIMP,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under "The
Post Office Act, 1881," at Opuawhanga, is authorised to take
and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred
and thirty-fourth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act,
1882."

As witness my hand, at Christchurch, this tenth
day of February, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-four.
