Terms of Sale.—One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void.

This section is situated about one mile south-west of the South Rangitata Railway-station, and comprises light stony land, thinly grassed, not suitable for cropping.

These sections are situated about two miles and a half in a direct line south-west of the Orari Railway-station, and comprise land liable to flood from the Waihi River.
