NOTICE is hereb y given that this Council in tend s to
execute a public work—v i z., a line of road through
Te Maran ga Block— and for that purpose to take the lands
n amed in the following Sched ule.
The works to be u nd ertaken are form atio n and drainage,
and culv erts for the passag e of surface-water.
The owners of the lands to be affected by this road are the
Gisbor ne High School Board and Mr. C. New itt.
Any person havi ng any objectio n to the taking of this
land, or who will be injurio usly affected by the proposed
wo rks, must state their objectio n in writing, and send it to
the office of the Council, Gisbor ne, on or before the 5th day
of January, 1894.
