NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. xli., folio 6, issued to WILLIAM EDWARDS, for Lot 8, Section 65, of the subdivision of Allotments 34, 35, and others, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland; and evidence having been adduced of the loss of the duplicate certificate of title:
Now notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealing without requiring the production of the duplicate certificate of title, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title for Allotments 39 and 40, Block III., Extension of the Township of Sunnydale, described in Register-book, Vol. lxv., folio 114, of which ALEXANDER McVITTY, of Ballarat, in the Colony of Victoria, is the registered proprietor, and evidence having been lodged as to the loss of the original certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificate as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.

THE SUTRO GOLD- AND SILVER-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of "The Companies Act, 1882," that a General Meeting of the members of the above company will be held at my office, No. 2, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 31st day of January, 1894, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
