NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one month after the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly
Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The Friendly
Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand dated this
15th day of November, 1893, cancelled the registry of the
Harmon Lodge, Register No. 146 (47), held at Longburn,
branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New
Zealand, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to
exist.

Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The Friendly
Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand dated this
15th day of November, 1893, cancelled the registry of the
Star of the North Lodge, Register No. 197 (16), held at
Palmerston North, branch of the Protestant Alliance Friendly
Society of Australasia, on the ground that the said branch
has ceased to exist.
