That the licensee shall destroy all rabbits on the land comprised in the license, and shall prevent their increase or spread, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner or an officer appointed by him to inspect the ground.

The licensee shall have the exclusive right of pasturage over the lands specified in his license, but shall have no right to the soil, or timber, or minerals thereon or therein.

One half-year’s rent and a license-fee of £1 1s. shall be paid on application, and the purchaser shall make a declaration in terms of section 195 of “The Land Act, 1892.” The rent shall be paid half-yearly in advance, on the 1st day of March and the 1st day of September in each year during the term of the license. Should the half-yearly rental at any period not be paid within thirty days, a penalty of 10 per cent. in addition will be enforced.

No liability is accepted by or on behalf of the Crown in respect of any fencing at present existing upon the Crown lands offered for license.
DECLARATION.
I, __, of __, do solemnly and sincerely declare,—

That I am the person who, subject to the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892,” am desirous of becoming the purchaser of a lease or license of pastoral lands.

That I am purchasing the lease or license of such land solely for my own use and benefit, and not directly or indirectly for the use or benefit of any other person or persons whomsoever.

That I am not the holder of any lease or license in any part of the colony, nor have I any interest in any lease or license in contravention of section 193 of the said Act.

That I am not the holder of a small grazing-run in any part of the colony, nor have I any interest in any such run.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

Notice by Public Trustee under “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1892.”
In the matter of a parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 roods and 6 perches (more or less), and being Sections 5 and 10, Block XX., Scotland Street, in the Town of Roxburgh and Provincial District of Otago, of which George Ireland was the owner at the time of his death, in 1880, and whose heir is unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of the above-described land having no known owner, and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection to the said land being declared subject to the above-named Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern that, unless on or before the 30th day of June, 1894, the owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps prescribed by “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” to be registered as the owner of such land.

In the matter of a parcel of land containing by admeasurement 80 acres (more or less), and being north-western portion of Allotment 69 and south-western portion of Allotment 70, Parish of Ruarangi, in the Provincial District of Auckland—bounded on the north-east by a road — links; on the south-east by other part of Allotment 69, 2,400 links; on the south-west by Allotments 67 and 68, 3,320 links; on the north-west by other part of Allotment 70, 2,400 links—of which the owner was Henry Greenacre, described in the grant to him as of Auckland, Settler.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection to the said land being declared subject to the above-named Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern that, unless on or before the 30th day of June, 1894, the owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps prescribed by “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” to be registered as the owner of such land.

In the matter of a parcel of land situate in Ponsonby, Suburbs of Auckland, being Lot 175 of Allotment 32, Section 8—bounded on the north-east by Lot 176, 99ft.; on the north-west by Browne Street, 40ft.; on the south-east by Lot 134, 40ft.; and on the south-west by Lot 174, 99ft.—of which the last registered owner was Sarah Ann Lydia Tuff, wife of Thomas John Tuff, described as Butcher, Auckland, of whom nothing is now known.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of the above-described land having no known owner, and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection to the said land being declared subject to the above-named Act:

In the matter of a parcel of land containing by admeasurement 50 acres 3 roods (more or less), being the Rural Allotment 40 on the plan of the Okato District, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, situate on the Dover Road; and also of a parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre (more or less), being the Town Allotment 39 on the plan of the Okato Township, situate in Carthew Street; of which the grantee was George Newsom Strangman Greer, a Private in the Taranaki Military Settlers, who died about 1865, his heir-at-law being supposed to be a Rev. Mr. Greer, of Glasgow, but nothing is certainly known.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of the above-described land having no known owner, and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection to the said land being declared subject to the above-named Act:
