PPLICATION having been made to me to register a
discharge of Mortgage No. 4929, from CARL ANDER-
SON to JACOB NANNESTAD, over Lots 72 and 73, sub-
division of Suburban Section 5, Township of Daneyirke,
comprised in certificate of title, vol. xxii., folio 172, and
evidence having been furnished of the loss of the original
mortgage, I hereby give notice that I shall dispense with
the production of the said mortgage and register the said
discharge, unless a caveat be lodged forbidding the same on
or before the 16th day of November, 1893.

THE SIX-MILE BEACH DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the Six-mile Beach Dredging Company
(Limited), held at the registered office of the company, Craw-
ford Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 5th day of October,
1893, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:
namely, "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this
meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable that it be wound
up, and, accordingly, that it be wound up voluntarily."

And RICHARD HENRY LEARY, of Dunedin, Public Ac-
countant, was duly appointed Liquidator for the purpose
of the winding-up of the company.

NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an
increase in the capital of the above-named company
was, on the 24th day of October, 1893, resolved on. The mode
adopted for the increase is by issuing sixteen hundred new
shares of one pound each, in addition to the six hundred
shares now existing in the company. Two hundred of the
said shares to be preference shares, fully paid up to one
pound each.

OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
subsisting between HUGH JOHN CLARK COUTTS, of
Ngai re, GEORGE THOMAS BAYLY, of Mokoia, FRED. BAYLY,
of Toko, and MATTHEW JOHN GOODSON, of Waihi, all in the
Provincial District of Taranaki, as Graziers and Farmers on
portion of Tutaeariari No. 1 Block, situate in the Ngai re
Survey District, has this day been dissolved by the retire-
ment therefrom of the said Hugh John Clark Coutts.

The business will in future be carried on by the said
George Thomas Bayly, Fred. Bayly, and Matthew John
Goodson, who will receive all amounts owing to, and pay all
sums due by, the said Partnership.
