IN the matter of an order of the Native Land Court, made on the 6th day of June, 1890, declaring the Native owners of Otahu, and of an application made by Ruihi Tawai and others for a rehearing :

Whereas upon inquiry in open Court, held at Gisborne, on the 13th day of February, 1891, it was ordered by the Chief Judge that a rehearing as to the whole of the said land should be had, at a time and place to be notified :

Now, notice is hereby given that such rehearing will be had at Gisborne, on the 6th day of November, 1893, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Palmerston North, on the 24th day of November, 1893, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

“Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and its Amendments.—Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Ohura South L Block (Rangiriri).

Auckland, 21st October, 1893.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Otorohanga, on the 11th day of October, 1892, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Kahukarewao Miriama and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :

Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the office of George T. Wilkinson, Esquire, Government Native Agent, at Otorohanga, from the 28th day of November, 1893, to the 11th day of December, 1893.

All objections are to be lodged with the Registrar of the Native Land Court, at Auckland, on or before the 19th day of December, 1893.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Otorohanga, on the 28th day of November, 1892, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Manuaute Piripi Tuhaia and Tuao Ihimaera should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :

Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the office of George T. Wilkinson, Esquire, Government Native Agent, at Otorohanga, from the 28th day of November, 1893, to the 11th day of December, 1893.

All objections are to be lodged with the Registrar of the Native Land Court, at Auckland, on or before the 19th day of December, 1893.
