Vaccination Districts constituted.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Matakana and Waipukurau Districts; and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into four vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Matakana, Omaha, Waipukurau, and Takapau Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of "The Marriage Act, 1880."
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and eighty-ninth section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
GEORGE WATKIN WILLIAMS, Chief Surveyor and Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Southland,
CUTHBERT COWAN, and
JOHN McINTYRE
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in the Land District of Southland known as runs numbered 487, 488, 489, 490, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, and 508, as provided by section one hundred and eighty-nine of "The Land Act, 1892," aforesaid.

to be Trustees, in the place of Patrick Galvin, W. F. Burnett, E. L. Smith, and William McLeod, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Opunake Cemetery, in conjunction with the other person appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

Trustees for the Maintenance of the West Waitapu Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby remove all trustees previously appointed for the cemetery described in the Schedule hereto, and do hereby, in pursuance of section forty-five of the said Act, appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
